I accept PayPal (USD) unless stated otherwise.

If you live outside the US, you must convert your currency to USD.

Pay using PayPal's "goods and services" option, but I will usually send and invoice.

I am not obligated to issue a refund once I have begun the commission.

I do not accept commissions from blank accounts, or other accounts I deem to appear untrustworthy. This is to help protect myself from chargebacks.

I am allowed to use your commission as an example, unless you want the commission to be totally privatized.

Commissions may be subject to speedpaint recordings (unless privatized).

I am not obligated to keep any speedpaint up on my YouTube channel, and YouTube itself may take them down due to copyright. You will be emailed the .wmv file for your own offline viewing, in case this happens.

Some commissions may recieve speedpaints for free if I need content; the +$25 speedpaint option is to ensure that your commission will absolutely receive one. If you do not feel comfortable with this, do not purchase a secured-speedpaint slot.

NEW: If your character has features that do not fit my style, that aspect of their design may be edited to fit my style.

Don't erase my signature if one is present.

You can make slight edits, (adding a border, background, etc.) just continue to credit me and ensure that the original is provided to the character's next owner.

You can use it however you like, as an icon, pagedoll, etc. anywhere, as long as you credit me on your page somewhere.

Do not edit my art to be offensive or vulgar.

NSFW outside of specific openings (mild suggestive themes and gore is fine).

Most, if not all fetishes.

Any furry species that does not resemble a dog, cat, rat, or deer.

Overly complicated designs.

Excessively complex clothing and some dresses.

Offensive themes or symbols.

I am a generally slow worker, so please be mindful of this if I have a long queue.

Be patient. I am not the fastest worker, but I will always respond to update requests. (General updates are often posted publicly on my social media.)

Raffle prizes and other "free art" are always second priority to commissions.

Please allow 45 days to pass before asking for a refund.

Ghosting or retracting payment will get you temporarily blacklisted.* Simply inform me if you are no longer interested. It's better for the both of us.

Chargebacks will result in permanent blacklisting and I will warn others of you.

Payment complications out of your control will not get you blacklisted.*

Failure to credit me where credit is due will result in a warning, then blacklisting.

Extreme unprofessional behaviour may result in blacklisting.

People who are temporarily blacklisted can still own my designs, but I will not sell directly to them until I feel comfortable in doing so again.

Credit me for the design.

You can alter however, as long as it resembles the original

Do not sell for more than bought/traded for, unless it has art.

Credit my toyhou.se user if uploading a design for the first time (toyhou.se user: awoos) I will move/remove credit if needed.

My designs are to remain on toyhou.se.

Please do not sell/trade/gift my designs to someone who does not have a toyhou.se account, please give them a code or ask me for one to give them.

Do not delete design profiles, only edit them. This is to maintain image quality, keep up with art, and to help prevent theft. Contact me if you have any questions or need me to make an exception (ex: forgot login).

Do not make clones of the design or merge them with another design.

Always keep an HQ version of the original ref available, for future trades.

NEW: You cannot add your own rules to my designs (ex: "character must only be traded/sold back to me") if someone tells you to do this, notify me if you'd like, and you do not have to listen to them.

NEW: Do not whitewash any POC designs that I have created.

Do not sell/trade/gift anyone on my blacklist one of my designs, you too will be blacklisted if you are caught doing so.

Due to past experiences with some Android devices not being able to work the layered .psd files properly, I will not be giving out refunds to those unable to work the .psd/.sai files on their device. I have attached alternative .png files instead.

I will only give a refund for my bases if you absolutely cannot use it, as giving refunds for something you still have access to is very risky for me from a business standpoint. Please try to understand this!
